* All recommended factory maintenance must be done at Taylor Cadillac to be eligible for benefits and reward points. Car Wash benefit is by appointment, exterior only and weather permitting. Shuttle service benefit is limited to 10-mile radius. Cardholder must accompany referral at time of delivery to be awarded points. Birthday Vehicle Detail benefit is valid within 7 days of cardholders birthday only and consists of exterior wash, tire dressing and interior vacuum and is by appointment only, additional detail services are available at additional cost. Accessories benefit is valid on accessories installed after customer takes delivery of vehicle. Free loaner car benefit is only valid on vehicles that are in service overnight and by appointment. VIP Airport Shuttle benefit is by appointment only and available only during regular dealership business hours to the Toledo Airport only, must be at dealership one (1) hour before ticket check in time. Taylor Cadillac is not responsible for missed flights due to traffic, weather, mechanical issue or reasons of any kind. Wiper Insert Replacement limited to one (1) per year on replaceable inserts only. On models where wiper inserts are not available, complete blade will be discounted by the cost of wiper inserts. Unlimited Paintless Dent Repair is valid on new vehicle purchases only, pre-owned vehicles are excluded. Dent repair limited to side panel dents and excludes hail damage. Dent repair is by appointment only. Reward points are not redeemable on GM Employee and GM supplier vehicle purchases, but instead may be applied towards vehicle trade in or towards accessories with new vehicle purchases. 100,000 point maximum benefit per vehicle. Reward cards are VIN specific and points are non transferable. Rewards and Points are not redeemable on fleet claims, insurance claims, warranty repairs, extended warranty repairs and deductibles.
